Support Mary of VEG OUT during cancer

Donation protected
My daughter Mary doesn’t normally share personal things on social media but she made the hard decision to temporarily close her restaurant In Bethlehem, PA, named VegOut.

For those of you who don’t know her, Mary started her business 5 years ago, at the age of 32, months after becoming a new mother. She says it was the hardest and easiest decision of her life. She knew after having my granddaughter Isla that she wanted to prove to her that you can follow your dreams and turn your passion into a successful career.

Sadly, she was recently diagnosed with a rare cancer. She is only at the beginning of her struggle. As the owner and lead employee of a four member staff, her absence has a large impact on keeping VegOut up and running, so she will need to temporarily close.

She already had multiple invasive surgeries, and there are more surgeries and treatments to come. She plans to reopen as soon as she’s back on her feet, even as she continues to navigate this difficult time for her and my family. Please stay tuned for updates about her reopening, and any adjusted hours or menus that may be necessary.

I am hoping to raise money for her to help her pay her medical bills and pay rent for her restaurant while she’s closed. Please support her and her restaurant VegOut during this difficult time.

Thank you for your support.
