Mary Seyfert - Accident Recovery

On Tuesday, January 05, Mary was driving to work and hit a patch of black ice which resulted in her vehicle (her beloved Big Brownie) to flip on its side and eventually land on its top.
Mary was transported to Trinity Hospital in Rock Island, and then airlifted to the University of Iowa Hospital where she has undergone two surgeries due to a severe injury to her left hand.
We know that Mary's medical bills are already mounting, she will have to replace Big Brownie, and will need to miss additional time from work to attend several follow up appointments.
Mary's recovery period is unknown at this time, but she is already voicing that she is ready to get back to work and move forward in life - which is the Mary we all know.
We are grateful Mary is still with us, and appreciate the kind words and support Mary's friends have shown during this time.
