Mary “Sue” Myers

It is the beginning of a new year, which typically brings change. The change for the Myers Family in 2023 is one of great loss, and somehow great peace. It doesn’t matter if you knew her as Mary, Sue, Mom, Momma, Boo, Bootie, Aunt, MawMaw, or any of the other titles she held, she changed your life. And if you knew her, you were better for it.

Mary is with the Lord now. She is no longer plagued by illnesses and that luggage of an oxygen tank. Her pain is no longer. And we can be jealous of her being Home and with all of the loved ones gone before.

This fundraiser is to support Becky, Neal, and Neal Jr as they navigate planning a funeral, services, and paying medical debt incurred by a lengthy hospital stay.

**Family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 from 6 p.m.-8 p.m. at Maddox Funeral Home in Front Royal. 

**Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 at 2 p.m. at Maddox Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Thompson and Sammy Campbell officiating. Graveside services and burial will immediately follow at Willis Chapel United Methodist Church in Huntly, VA. At the conclusion of services, family will gather for a fellowship meal at the American Legion Giles B. Cook Post 53 at 22 W. 8th St. in Front Royal.
