Mary Vervoort

Mary Vervoort (Honey Mama) our dear, wise, and witty friend could use our help now more than ever! Mary has congestive heart failure with an active left ventricle, stage four. She is now on in-home hospice. Asking for help is never easy, so I am reaching out to the community.

Mary is in much need of a new comfortable chair. The chair she has now is completely broken down and is causing her pain. Chairs aren't cheap and she needs one that has an electric up/down function so she can get in and out on her own. She is unable to move around easily, so her chair being comfortable and functional is very important. It's where she spends almost all of her time when she isn't sleeping in bed and often has naps in her chair. There are many other items and expenses as you can imagine. I'm sure some of you can relate to how difficult this has been for Mary and Anthony. Besides financially, this has been extremely emotional for them and those close to them. 

Let's help Mary get some much needed items she needs to be comfortable and have the quality of life that she deserves!
