MASJID ZAKARIYA ROOF REPAIR APPEAL

Dear Brother/Sister,

Assalamu ‘alaikum wa rahmatullah

All praise and thanks are due to Allah (subhanahu wa ta’ala) for his numerous blessings, the greatest of which is iman. We hope and pray that you and your family are in good health, safe, and in the highest level of taqwa.

We wanted to reach out to you regarding the roof work on Masjid Zakaria building, (182 Sobieski st, Buffalo, NY, 14212). The estimated cost is $98,000. Our only respite after du’a to Allah (subhanahu wa ta’ala) is to reach out to you, and we trust that inshallah Allah (subhanahu wa ta’ala) will use all of us to build the house of Allah.

Masjid Zakariya offers 5 daily prayers with close to 100 congregants in each salah and over 700 in Salah tul Jumua. Many of our 500 plus families in our community are immigrants with low income. For this reason, we are asking your help in raising funds to repair roof for Masjid Zakariya.

The roof is damaged and the rain and snow continue to damage the walls and prayer hall.

Alhamdulillah we have signed the contract and the work has started. We have attached the pictures for you to see the work.

The contract for this 15,000Sq ft roof is $98,000 and Alhamdulillah we have collected approximately $30,000 so far. Firstly, we ask Allah swt for help and then ask you for your generous contributions to help us reach our goal so we can complete this project.
