Masks for Brooklyn High School Marching Band

Brooklyn Music Boosters is asking for help in raising money to purchase supplies to make masks for the Brooklyn High School Marching Band.  We want to make sure our students are protected as much as possible while still being able to play the music that they love so much.  Any additional funds raised will be used to benefit the music students throughout the year.

These are unusual times and fundraising will be challenging this year for our organization.   Our students were unable to perform our Spring Musical which produces a large part of our budget for the following year.  This year will be challenging while we find different ways to provide our students with the excellent experience that goes into being part of the marching band and other music programs.

On a personal level I want to add that the music programs Alex has participated in over the last few years have been the highlight of his school year. The marching band (and other programs) give our students a way to make friends, socialize safely, and occupy their time. It is more than a "student organization", it is their student family. 

It is an honor to be representing the Brooklyn Music Boosters as President for Alex's senior year at Brooklyn High School.  I am asking for your help in supporting our students. Whether your a fellow music parent, a personal friend or a member of our community, I am asking for you to join me in supporting our students to make this an amazing year in spite of these difficult times.
