Masks for Our Healthcare Heroes
Donation protected
Hospitals and frontline healthcare workers are running dangerously low on key PPE items (especially face masks) that are crucial to ensure their safety and ability to continue working and help us fight COVID-19. As business school students, we felt it was necessary to contribute our time and knowledge to the global effort of combatting this pandemic.
We have contacted several local 3D printing companies who are ready and willing to produce safety masks and we are in contact with hospitals that desperately need these products.
We are beginning to see government agencies contribute to this cause, however, we are concerned about the significant lead time it will take these agencies to find new supply chain partners and resolve the impending stock-outs in the near term.
Our aim is to collect donations to fund the manufacturing and distribution of these face masks to local healthcare facilities in need. Ideally, our masks will help protect frontline healthcare workers, however, we will also be flexible to aid other healthcare-related companies.
100% of your donation will go toward the production and distribution of our face masks to the men and women of our healthcare system who are most at risk during this global crisis.
With your help, we believe that we can drastically improve the situation in our communities. Believe us when we say, EVERY DOLLAR COUNTS!
We'd like to express our sincerest gratitude and excitement in working together to make a difference. I'm certain we share an appreciation for this opportunity to HELP SAVE LIVES!
*** The face mask kits are now available for purchase by the general public. We will use a portion of the proceeds from these sales to fund additional donations to healthcare facilities.
