Masks, Gowns & More To Protect Health Care Workers

Hi,

My name is Adiclere Evans.

As we all know - the health care community needs us NOW.

For many years our small family business produced horse racing silks....

We are now producing the following items per CDC guidelines: 

-MASKS: (in photo above)
     
a.) Black style is polyester wicking anti-microbial, 2 layers (to be worn over the N95 mask and can be washed and reused)
     
b.) Purple style is tightly woven cotton, 2 layers (can be washed and reused)


Our plan is to make as many as we can, pack and ship to hospitals in need as soon as possible!  

The 1st batch is being donated and we hope we can begin filling a need for hospitals and states.

We are currently estimating $3/each to cut and sew....this price will vary once we see how many we can make and at which pace.

We can get 10-15 masks per yard depending on the width of fabric.

This will all evolve as this is the beginning of us manufacturing these items.

We will be needing to pay for:
     -fabric and elastics
     -labor
     -packing and shipping

We will soon be able to make:

-GOWNS
-BOOTIES
-SCRUBS
