Tatar Heritage Association of NSW, Australia Inc in association with Russian Ethnic Cultural Support Organisation “From Heart To Heart” Inc. and Russian Australian Friendship Inc. are happy to announce the best Maslenitsa 2024 ever held in Sydney!

Maslenitsa is an ancient folk holiday—a farewell to winter celebrated since pagan times in the Slavic regions of Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, and ethnic groups of other countries. Also known as Pancake Week Festival.

This year on 10th March 2024 the big celebration is coming to Sydney and you too can celebrate it with us!

We are looking for people all over the world, especially Russian, Belarus, Ukraine, and other ethnic community people of Russia, former USSR or other countries to help us raise the funds.

All fundraised money will go to cover organisational costs, such as venue hire, equipment hire, permits, insurance, AV, etc.

We are inviting all Russian, Belarus, Ukraine, and other ethnic groups to participate in the concert and the food fair!

We are inviting big and small businesses to participate as our sponsors, which contribution would form part of the event budget.

We would like our event be a FREE ENTRY event so everyone have a chance to learn about Slavic culture and traditions as well as to enjoy traditional food, songs and dances and the famous traditional sporting competitions for the adults and children.

We are asking you to help us with your kind donation.

Each donor will get special privileges during the event (which we will announce in due course).

With appreciation to your donation and your help we truly believe that Maslenitsa - Slavic Pancake Festival 2024 in Sydney will become an unforgettable event!
