Mason Clark, 6 yr. old DIPG fighter

Donation protected
Mason Clark is the 6 year old son of Sean (Nikki Pontus) Clark and Sarah (Justin) Sarnowski. Mason is the grandson of Mark & Susie Clark, Mike Ledford and Patti Hebert. After some clumsiness, odd eye movements and a trip to the ER on June 14, Mason was diagnosed at U of M on June 16 with Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma, or DIPG. DIPG is a rare childhood cancer in which a tumor grows in an area of the brainstem known as the pons. This disease has a quick onset and progression. Mason will begin six weeks of radiation in Ann Arbor at U of M on June 26. Please donate to help the family with expenses during this very emotional, painful and tragic time. Update: Tomorrow, (June 22nd) Mason will begin receiving Radiation treatments at U of M. He will get a double dose (30 minutes) initially on Thursday, Then 15 minutes on Friday. He will get a break until Monday but then he will get a treatment 5 days each week until he receives all 30 treatments. We are still praying for a miracle.
