Mason Hayes' Daughters' College Fund

In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to Mason's four daughters' education.

On August 12, 2022, Mason Hayes tragically lost his life while kayaking with friends on the Rogue River in Oregon. Mason was an accomplished boater enjoying a river trip with his Texas River Runner kayak friends of 35 years when the accident occurred. Mason was born in Arkansas and worked at Lockheed Martin in Texas.

Mason leaves behind good friends and family, including four daughters, Emmy (20), Abby (20), Bitsy (18), and Lucy (16), fondly referred to as "the girls". The girls are grief-stricken to carry on without their father's presence.

As the girls learn to cope with their loss, we would like to support the family by helping to raise money to assist in paying for college for the four girls. Abby and Emmy are college juniors studying nursing, Bitsy is starting her first collegiate year studying business, and Lucy is a volleyball-playing high school junior.

The road ahead for the girls will be bumpy, but with your support, we can help make things a little easier for them to bear.
