Mason McCoy &’ Family

As most of heard my daughter and son in law had their little boy, Mason pass away on July 2nd at Norton’s Children Hospital. He passed away, due to HSV and Meningitis in his brain. Once they had arrived at the hospital they did testing and immediately moved him to ICU, his labs came back high and they started medicine and ran test and his labs finally started to drop and they were getting positive news. Then around 2:00 the day of the 2nd things started to get worse. He wasn’t responding to the medicine. He started to show signs of his organs failing later on that afternoon and he had started having seizures. Despite the doctors best efforts, he passed away around 11:00 that night. As a mother it is very hard to see how broken these parents are, and as a community and their family I think its our time to help them, as Chris will be off work during this time, they will have medical bills, and for what funeral costs may not be covered. They also have 4 other kids to care for as well during such a tough time. Anything can help or even just a share.
