Mason Seibert - Fire Dept. Eagle Scout Project

My name is Mason Seibert and I am a Boy Scout with Hopewell Troop 8 as well a volunteer junior firefighter with the Glenmoore Fire Dept. I am currently pursuing my Eagle Scout Rank and working on my Eagle Scout project. I wanted to pick a project that would help my fellow volunteers train and improve their skills. I have decided to build a forceable entry training door to benefit the Glenmoore Fire Department and my community. A forceable entry training door is used to practice entering a locked door to a building in an emergency. The more firefighters practice and perfect their skills the quicker we will be to help our community in times of need. The special metal and materials required to make this door is costly. I am asking the community to please help me reach my fundraising goals so that I can make this training tool become a reality. Any remaining donations will go directly to the Glenmoore Fire Dept. If my project helps save just one life then it will all be worth it.
