Mason’s brave battle

In June this year, our beautiful friends little boy Mason, age 4, was diagnosed with stage 1 cancer. He was flown down to the Royal Children’s Hospital with kidney issues and there they found a tumour in his kidney. Straight away he began 4 weeks of chemotherapy to try and shrink the tumour before surgery. This week Mason had surgery to remove the tumour and his kidney and devastatingly they were given the news that his cancer was now stage 2. Mason will now need to have 6 months of chemotherapy. This beautiful family live in rural NSW so it has been a struggle having his treatment down in Melbourne especially with things already being difficult with COVID. Treatment and travel isn’t cheap so we would love to help ease the financial burden on Lauren, Gilbert, Mason, Lincoln and baby No. 3 so they can all focus on being together as a family as much as possible. Mason has a big fight ahead of him but he is such a strong little boy and he has everyones support behind him.
