Masten Family Medical Expense Fund

My sweetheart since I was 15, Greg Masten and I have been married 40 years next year. We have been through many ups and downs as we all do in life. But this year we are facing the biggest struggle of our life. This past summer after a horrible bout of pneumonia, Greg was diagnosed with multiple myeloma, a blood cancer of the bone marrow. He has been undergoing treatment and has been fighting hard. The day after Christmas we have to move into housing in Seattle for 3 months so he can undergo a bone marrow transplant and continued chemo. Knowing others who have had to uproot life for treatment, we know the deep emotional and financial toll this can take on a family. Greg and I both retired weeks before his diagnosis and have been encouraged to reach out for fundraising and financial support as we still will have our normal monthly bills for our home, insurances, etc. It is not easy to ask for help but we hope that all will be blessed who will pray and those who can give.
