Master Splinter's Physical and Cytology Test

Hi, my name is Ari. I am starting this gofund me in hopes to help my mom out with her upcoming Vet Bill. I know that exotic vet visits can run pretty high and based on his lump ( it costs a test to find out what it is)and swollen jaw (possible x-rays), I know he's going to run a heavy bill already.

My mom is a hard-working woman and always has been. This past couple of years have been especially tough for her being on her own, but she doesn't quit. She works full time at Burger king closing shifts late at night in 30Degree weather and still bikes home in the cold. (I recently bought her winter overalls to help keep her warm.) But still, she isn't poor but she isn't rich and I know she can't afford all the treatment he will need upfront.

As for Master Splinter:

He was a baby rat when we met. Just like on the viral tiktok video, I bought him one day to feed to my pet snake. I couldn't bring myself to because it was the first hairless rat I saw in person and he was just too cute. I couldn't keep him because I have too many reptiles, so I gave him to my mom as she just started living by herself (with one beta fish- R.I.P. Halfmoon), and could use the company.

She at first was hesitant because she had never had a rat before, but she ended up taking him and loving him soooo much. In fact too much haha. She takes him everywhere... literally everywhere the store, the laundry mat, the park, I'm sure he's been on a bus, an uber, the guy goes everywhere... Anyways Ever since his jaw got swollen the other night he's been looking miserable and were are anxiously waiting for his appointment tomorrow.
