Guild of St Clare

I am Lucy Shaw, and on 12th May I am running the Oxford Town & Gown 10k to raise funds for the work of the Guild of St Clare . The Guild is a lay apostolate which serves priests who celebrate the Traditional Mass by mending and making vestments, and teaches the traditional hand sewing skills involved; we also organise a bi-annual sewing retreat. Our growing network of local Chapters enables us to assist more and more priests; but in order to do this work we need materials, equipment, and professional training.

Any funds raised will go directly to this work.
