Greetings!
We believe that all students deserve equal opportunities to succeed in school, particularly in mathematics. Under the Math for All Students! initiative, the Arenson Educational Foundation is fundraising and financing to purchase and operate Mathnasium franchises to offer math tutoring services to students on an income-based sliding scale.
Through fundraising and grant-writing activities, we hope to raise $200,000 to fund the following activities:
- paying the Mathnasium franchise fee,
- covering the first year of operating costs, and
- providing income-based subsidies for economically disadvantaged students
Our first location is tentatively planned to be in the Southern California High Desert. If this location is successful, we will plan other locations in Southern California and beyond.
