Baby Matías killed on his 1st Birthday
On July 7th Domitila Rosales and both her children. Daniel Ortega,5, and Matías Ortega,1, were walking toward the park. The car went over the SIDEWALK, through the bushes and hit the mother and her children. the driver was under the influence on alcohol and illegal substances. Domitila pushed Daniel out of the way, but not far enough as he was still struck.
Matias was dragged under the car, and the SUV continued until it struck a parked car.
Matías’s life was ripped out on his first birthday. Daniel continues recovering in the hospital. 

Un hombre de 62 años de Nueva Jersey  conducio en estado de ebriedad, impactar dos automóviles estacionados y luego manejar por una ACERA, donde arrolló a mi tia Domi Rosales que empujaba a su bebé de un año en una carriola y a su otro hijo de 5 años que caminaba detrás de ella.
Domitila Rosales, de 36 años, madre de los pequeños, fue hospitalizada con lesiones graves después del aparatoso atropello ocurrido a eso de las las 7:15 p.m del sábado, cerca de las calles Anderson y Second en Raritan Borough.
“Para mí era el día más feliz de mi vida, nunca pensé que fuera el día más triste”, dijo Domitila desde la habitación en donde se recupera. Ella dijo que todo pasó muy rápido, precisamente el día en que su bebé Matías Ortega cumplía su primer año de vida.
