Matt Brosius Medical Fundraiser

After several years of battling pancreatitis, Matt Brosius was diagnosed in July with an aggressive cancer in his stomach and pancreas. Matt is being treated at KU in Kansas City, which means Matt and Liz have to travel for his treatments. The travel, food, and hotel expenses are adding up and, of course, chemotherapy is a (not-so) small fortune on top of that. Matt is a veteran who honorably served his country for nearly 22 years. He's a dad of a beautiful young lady about to graduate from high school and embark upon one of the most exciting times of her life. And last but not least, he is an all-around great guy, husband, and best friend to my dear friend, Liz.

After much cajoling, I finally convinced Liz and Matt to allow me to start this GoFundMe campaign for them. The funds raised will go directly to those mounting treatment expenses to help alleviate the financial burden when Liz and Matt already have so much to worry about. Liz and Matt are beyond grateful for the support they have received - and continue to receive - from their wonderful family and friends!
