Matt Buehler Benefit

So do not fear, for I am with you;
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
Isaiah 41:10
On Thanksgiving Evening, November 21, 2018 Matt was robbed and violently shot at his north side apartment complex. He was left outside in the cold for nearly 3 hours until he was found and hospitalized. By the grace of God, Matt survived!
To date Matt has undergone four surgeries and more are planned when he is able. He will eventually be released to a "skilled nursing" facility for an extended stay due to the injuries to his throat. We know that it will be a long recovery with a lot of medical bills. Our efforts are to help offset some of the major expenses that he is incurring.
Matt is a loving son, brother, friend, co-worker and peer. He grew up on the North side of Indianapolis and graduated from St. Joan of Arc and then Bishop Chatard High School where he still holds an athletic record. He is a Past Grand Knight at Council #3433, Past Faithful Navigator of Bishop Chatard Assembly (4th Degree Sir Knights), Past District Deputy with the Knights and currently a Trustee on the Board of Directors at the Washington Township Moose Lodge #2138.
Please help Matt with your prayers and generous financial backing.
