Matt & Danielle Heller

I am organizing this fundraiser for Matt and Danielle Dupal-Heller. I received a phone call with news we never want to hear…Matt had unexpectedly passed.

 

The news was hard to hear however my mind quickly shifted to think of Danielle. They were and always will be soulmates.

They’ve both had challenging times over the years however nothing could stop them. Danielle with MS and Matt battling through years and years of complications from juvenile diabetes. Matt and Danielle endured over 5 years of visiting dialysis appointments for Matt with other doctor visits in between for the both of them. The end of last year Matt and Danielle finally got the call! Matt was getting his long awaited transplant. A new to him kidney and pancreas.

Everything was going well until the morning Jesus called him home. While we are all deeply saddened we know we’ll see him again.

Matt and Danielle were and are very private people. They would be the first ones to help someone in need and not expect anything in return. They also wouldn’t ask for anything from anyone either. They did well over the years despite all the hurdles and challenges that they had to overcome. And did so with smiles on their faces! With their health conditions final expenses are one area that we can help Danielle with.

All money raised will be given to Danielle for Matt’s services and for her to tie up any loose ends.
