Matt French's Celebration of Life Fundraiser

It is with immense sadness and pain that we announce the sudden passing of Matt French on Monday, July 10, 2023, at the young age of 27.

His death has left us (his family) in complete shock and we are unprepared for the emotional and financial undertaking of a celebration of life, at this time. His wife, Maddy French, in an instant has become a single mother to Bryson, 2.

While Maddy contends with a lengthy legal process to get access to financial support, in the interim we want to reduce the stress of navigating life as a single mom. Please help us give Matt a proper goodbye by donating to Maddy or through this GoFundMe. All money will go toward relieving some of the financial burden that comes with the loss of a loved one.

Matt was well loved in both Alberta and Ontario, and so we hope to do a celebration of life in both.
