Matt Hostetler Transplant fund

Matt Hostetler is a 33 year old husband to a beautiful wife Bridget. He has two very sweet Daughters Madelyn and Hazel. Matt was a very talented Welder and was very talented working with metal on his plasma cutter. Matt was the type of person that would always jump in to help anyone that was needing help with something.

Matt has been a diabetic since he was 3 years old.

Three years ago Matt suffered a major Heart attack which damaged his heart. A bypass would not help with the damages done to the heart. Matt was in need of a Heart transplant.

Since Matts diabetes has not been under control and then having the heart attack, His kidney function started to decline and Matt was put on home dialysis. Matt was also in need of a kidney transplant as well.

Matt went in on April 25 to have an internal defibrillator put in and while at the hospital he went into cardiac arrest and was put on a ventilator and ECMO. After months of waiting and then being put on life support and being transferred to 2 different hospitals, Matt was finally put on a transplant list. May 13th Matt was blessed with a new Heart and Kidney. He is doing well and now off the Vent and was able to sit up for the first time in over 3 weeks. His family has been staying with him in Indianapolis and now Chicago and some travelling back and forth. They are in need of some financial support to help cover their expenses and help with medical bills.

Matt was always there for everyone else and now we need to be there for him and his family. Any donations that you can give will help and I know they greatly appreciate each and every one of you. Also please Lift Matt and his family up in your prayers. Pray for healing and for strength for Matt. Right now we have been witnessing Gods hand at work through everything that Matt has faced especially these past few days. It is a miracle by the Grace of God that he is still here with us. He still has a long road to recovery so please pray for his pain and for complete healing. Thank you for all the prayers and concerns from so many.
