Matt Leininger medical expenses

Hello, my name is Meagan and I’m the daughter of Matt Leininger & Jen Leininger. This past Thursday, (1/18/24) Matt suffered from an aneurysm subarachnoid hemorrhage. In simpler terms, he had suffered multiple strokes to his frontal lobe and a brain aneurysm. After being rushed to the hospital via ambulance, Matt was quickly life-lined to Methodist hospital. Two separate surgeries were done to try and drain as much blood off of his brain as possible, and to repair the aneurysm. Unfortunately, the damage was just too severe for him to recover and to live an independent life. Saturday, (1/20/24) our family had to make the incredibly difficult decision to remove him from life support and allow him to pass on peacefully.

Matt meant everything to us. He gave everyone the world even if he didn’t have much to give. He was selfless and absolutely resilient, a hard worker and passionate about taking care of not just his family, but everyone around him. Not to mention, he was hilarious and a light in everyone’s life who knew him.
