Matt's Medical Expenses Fund

As you may or may not know  Matt Eisenberg of our Univar office in Plainview, N.Y. suffered a stroke last week. He was in the office on Thursday and was not feeling well. He knew something was wrong and he drove himself to the local hospital emergency room where they ran a battery of tests. They found a blockage in one of his arteries in his neck.  He is out of the hospital and should recover. He will be in a rehabilitation facility for several weeks. Matt is 49 years old and has been with Univar for 11 years now. Matt and his wife Sue along with their two children live in Long Beach. If you know Matt then you know how genuine a person he is. One of the many things that we love about Matt is his sense of humor. He always finds a way to make you laugh every time you talk to him.  Matt has been in our industry for many years. He is very dedicated to this industry and is liked  by his customers and will always try to help them anyway he can. Let’s come together as an industry and show  support for one of our own by helping Matt with some of his medical expenses. As you can imagine, deductibles, co-pays and out of pocket expenses are considerable in a situation like this.

Let’s hope Matt makes a full recovery and returns to the office soon !!!
