Matt O'Keefe

With a heavy heart Matt passed away suddenly on August 14, 2023. 3 years ago Matt was diagnosed with a terminal illness called Vascular Ehlers Danlos (same illness that took his dad in 2009). Matt also had a seizure disorder as well. He was just 19 years old. He leaves behind his mom, older brother, and his sister. More family and many friends.

Matt was an amazing guy. Matt was getting ready to start school at Sacramento City College, he wanted to be a video game creator. His favorite video game was Resident Evil. He also loved anime and Funko Pops. We could always count on Matt for all his dad jokes, and to always put a smile on our face.

This is a very difficult loss for Matt's family. We are hoping to make it easier by helping with funeral costs, and with any other financial burdens that may arise in the coming months. Any little bit will help.
