Matt Robbins -- Memorial Fund

Our dear friend Matt Robbins recently passed away. After a year of recurring health problems he was hospitalized in April and succumbed to a series of serious illnesses. This campaign was initially intended to help raise funds for his medical treatments. In consultation with his family, funds will be repurposed to help cover costs of his funeral services and defray any outstanding medical expenses. If any of you have photos, letters, anecdotes, or other items you would like to share with his family, you are welcome to send them here. The family is deeply grateful for all of the love and support that Matt’s friends and colleagues are pouring out.

NOTE: In compliance with GoFundMe policies, I will detail that I, Jason Ross, a friend of Matt's launched this campaign with Matt's permission before he passed away, with the intent to help defray his medical expenses. As described above, I have consulted with his family about the appropriate use of the funds following his death. Now that the date of his memorial service has passed, I am working with the Robbins Family, through Matt's brother Donald, to transfer these funds to the family, to be used to cover expenses related to his funeral.
