Burrocrat (Matt Shell) passed away on August 7 and has left behind a teenage son, Jacob. "Burrocrat" was a popular member of TSP Talk's Forum for 9 years and made many friends during that time. We'd like our community to raise some funds to help Jacob in some small way. Thanks so much!
