Matthew Bonds memorial 3 peak challenge

On 25th April 2020 we had the worse news any parents could ever receive , our son Matthew had suffered a major heart attack in work and had died.

Matthew was only 35 years old , a loving son ,brother , grandson , nephew ,  a father of two young beautiful children and a huge part of our entire family and friends lives.

April 25th 2022 will mark the second anniversary of Matts death and we miss him so very much who would have ever known that our lives would change forever.

Matt was working during the Lockdown and was unfortunately in a place where there was not a defibrillator around to use , we will never know if having a defibrillator available would have helped Matt survive his heart attack.

In Matts memory’s 13 of us will be taking on the 3 peaks challenge, Ben Nevis, Scarfell Pike, and Snowden on the weekend of the 5-7th August 2022 we are raising funds to purchase defibrillators so that no other family may have to go through the sheer pain we have had to go through in losing Matthew and hope that we can take some good out of the worse thing that has ever happened to us

As a group we would also like to put some funds in a trust for Matthews 2 children Courtney and Ryan to support them in their future.
