Matthew David Zabel

I am the mother of Matthew David Zabel , he left our world way too soon, on Sunday, January 14, 2024. Matthew leaves behind, 3 children , Mason , 14, Maleia 9, Walker 3 months.

Whenever, I feel so much pain as his mother , I have to remember his children who will be without their father for the rest of their life's .

It would be selfish of me to focus on my pain, at this time of loss.

Matthew was my world , he was my only son, I was his rock and he was mine.

Matthew had the kindness heart, he had a way with people , he was charming , intelligent, sense of humor that would make people smile, his strength & perseverance in life no matter what his struggles were he got back up , dusted himself off and the fight was on.

When I would tell my son how proud I was to be his mother, his quote was one from Spartan "THERE IS NOTHING STRONGER THAN A BROKEN MAN THAT HAS REBUILT HIMSELF"

His children he loved more than they will ever know. We all are trying to heal . My son worked 6 days a week , with Sundays being his only day off. HE NEVER ONCE COMPLAINED ABOUT, WHICH HE DID FOR HIS CHILDREN.

MATTHEW LOVED HIS JOB, THEY RESPECTED HIM AND TREATED HIM LIKE FAMILY.

MY SON, it broke my heart to lose you, but you did not go alone A part of me went with you, the day god called you home. A million times I've thought of you, A million times I cried, If only I was there, you would still be here. Forgive me lord, I'll always weep for my son, I loved so much, but yet I could not keep. YOU are with the angels now..my son ...l love you .

MATTEW'S CELEBRATION OF LIFE , WILL BE PROVIDED AT A LATER TIME. SERVICES WILL BE IN NASHVILLE, TN ON 4/29/24...WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT MY SON WOULD WANT.. INVITATIONS WERE MAILED TO FAMILY , FRIENDS AND CO WORKERS ; WHO LOVED AND CARED FOR MY SON, ANYONE WHO DID NOT GET AN INVITATION WILL NOT BE PROVIDED INFORMATION. THERE WILL BE DOOR SECURITY TO ALLOW THOSE WITH INVITATIONS. PLEASE RESPECT OUR WISHES AT THIS TIME.
