Matthew Glaser Family

Hi my name is Tina I am a friend of the Glaser family . Many probably remember Matt’s story from back at the beginning of last year. He has had extensive medical issues and a leg amputation due to it. He also has kidney failure so he has a port to help with dialysis. I spoke to his mother Lisa recently and she informed me Matt is in the hospital with a severe and critical infection due to his dialysis port. He has an infection around his heart and in his back and may have to have surgery again. This family has endured so much in the last year. The medical bills are mounting and they need as much support as they can get especially around the holidays. Matt has a wife and a son. The medical bills are crippling. He’s been in the hospital since Tuesday, November 23rd. His mom Lisa said she’s not sure where all this is leading to. He is not allowed visitors due to Covid restrictions he has no interest in talking to anybody on the phone as well .as you can all imagine it’s another devastating setback in his recovery . Matt was just released to return to work only 10 weeks ago. They thought he’d be able to continue working and finally get them caught up on all the medical bills that keep coming in from over the last year. They thought they would be able to finally get a head with some of the bills but yet it’s another setback. His son and his wife are trying the best they can but with the holidays just around the corner who knows what that will look like for them. Matt was in the hospital for a whole five months last year from January till May you can imagine what those medical bills look like right now on top of just a regular every day bills and grocery bill. If you can find it in your heart to donate I know they would greatly appreciate it. We need to give this small family some kind of small hope for the holiday season.
