I am Kelly Snyder, the wife of Matthew Snyder. As many of you know, he was a great big teddy bear with an awesome personality. He was the love of my life. He gave of himself to anyone in need and his friends and family knew they are loved. He had a son, Noah, 2 stepsons and 3 grandchildren. Matt grew up in Pennsdale and had great memories of that time and great friends. Matt loved to go out to eat, go to the movies, especially sci-fi and horror and also enjoyed riding motorcycle to World's End, where we got married with our best friend Ed Alexander. Many long country rides were taken on his old Suzuki with me on the back. Matt also started fostering dogs with me. We have 2 dogs of our own and many other dogs have come and gone from our home to their forever home. AA was also very important to Matt. He made numerous long lasting friendships through AA. The reason that I have started this gofundme is because Matt had aggressive cancer. I lost my job at Geisinger because I called off to be with him while he was dying. I couldnt get fmla. Matt did not have any life insurance. He was only 52 and not prepared for this. There really isn't a goal amount. Contribute what you will please.
