My fur baby, Mattie, needs surgery

Hi I’m Mattie! I’m a very happy, loving, and very playful boxer. That was until I hurt myself a couple weeks ago playing outside. My mom has had me to the vet several times and this week I had to take a long trip to MedVet in Columbus, I like car rides but not to the vet. Dr Barnheart told my mom I need surgery because I have torn my ccl, which is what’s considered acl in humans. The doctor also said that I will never be able to walk on my leg again without the surgery and it will allow for arthritis to set in. The last few weeks have been very sad. The doctors are giving me medicine to keep me comfortable, but I want to run, jump, play, and shake my boxer butt when people visit me. Right now I can’t do any of that. I’m hoping there is enough fur baby lovers out there that can help me. When I’m better I’m offering free bubble kisses or stinky farts to everyone.
