My name is Monique Blackman. I am 1 daughter out of my mom's six children (2 boys & 4 girls). Tuesday night our mother was fatally hit by a vehicle in Sacramento, CA near Freeport Blvd. She was 58 years old. Her children are suffering from an untimely tragic loss and need assistance to help find the person responsible for this not only because they took her life but because they failed to stop! Our mom was also known by TT in the Southland Park community and has left behind 2 grandchildren 2 dogs and a host of friends that have been her family. Her children have no plans currently and can use all the assistance possible.
