Matt Reed's Fight for Kian
SPONSOR MATT REED'S COMICS BOXING BOUT!
As Punch-Drunk Promotions bring the Northumberland town of Blyth to a standstill at 5pm on Sunday February 7th for the first ever UK Comics Boxing event - seasoned stand-up comedian and wholly un-seasoned boxer Matt Reed will be gearing up for the (first) fight of his life.
Matt is taking to the ring in the name of 3 year old Kian Musgrove and his urgent battle against Neuroblastoma...
Newcastle toddler Kian needs to raise an astronomical £555,000 NOW to be able to undergo pioneering cancer treatment in the US after exhausting all of his options in the UK following his recent relapse. This treatment is his last chance and he is running out of time. Fast!
If you want to spur Matt on while contributing towards Kian's treatment fund, just leave a little (or a lot) right here! Anything that you can afford will get the little man that one step closer to treatment.
Or if you want to show your support for Matt & Kian in person while experiencing the first event of this kind in the UK - with more than 20 top comics crammed under one roof, all hosted by none other than RHOD GILBERT - you can grab tickets for as little as £20 right HERE. Be quick though, these aren't hanging around!
As soon as 300 of the 800 available tickets are sold, all further ticket revenue will be diverted directly to Kian's treatment fund! So let's fill that room!
To find out who Matt will be facing and who else is on the bill as well as to keep up with all the build-up including the most entertaining (and in some cases the most tragic) trash-talk that you'll ever witness, join the Facebook event here and follow @PunchDrunkBlyth on Twitter !
There'll be developments all along the way, so watch this space!
