3rd Annual Matty Jacques fundraiser

Matthew Jacques was a fun-filled active little boy who was born with a heart defect. Fighting for his 6 years, Matthew passed away after receiving a heart transplant in September 2013.
His parents, Al and Melissa Jacques, want to keep Matty's memory alive and give back to those who mean so much to them.
We are currently running the 3rd Annual Fundraiser for The Matthew Jacques mission. We are once again selling Avon stuffed plush animals which will be donated in Matthew's memory to Yale Child Life Services to be delivered to the arms of children hospitalized at Yale during the holidays.
Last year, with your help, we sold 83 Curly the Bears. In 2013, you donated 89 Marble the Monkeys.
Please help make this a winning year by making your donation today. All money will be pooled, purchasing as many Eduardo the Elephants as possible. Every $20 purchases one Eduardo. A large portion of the proceeds will be given back to the Fund and used to help families with critically ill children.
The Matthew Jacques Mission is a qualified 501 ( c )3 Non Profit organization and all donations are tax deductible.
