Maui Fire Relief for Kawehi Atai

Aloha all!

My name is Kawehi Atai and I am unfortunately one of many that have completely lost their home in the Lahaina Fire from August 8th, 2023.

You may recognize me as the employee with ever-changing hair colors and the coolest name tag pins you ever saw at HIC Lahaina Cannery Mall and HIC Surf Outlet.

I unfortunately did not have renters insurance of any kind and the loss is incredibly devastating.

Despite the never ending list of things I’ve lost, I am forever grateful to have made it out safely. The outpouring love and support I have received so far is incredible.

All funds collected will go toward essential items, supplies, clothing, groceries, cat supplies, gas, etc. The funds will also help to work on a plan for future placement or possible relocation if necessary.
