My name is Hannah Freed and Maui is not just a place for me, it is my heart and home. The impact of recent and ongoing fires upon our island and community has stirred a strong desire within me to help those who have endured immense pain, loss and devastation.

For over 25 years, I’ve worked with children and adults, helping them integrate and regulate, guiding them from survival mode to a haven of safety and calm. One transformative therapy I use is the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), an auditory therapy rooted in Dr. Stephen Porges’ Ployvagal Theory.
