This is Daniel Chapin, Founder of the Uvalde Foundation For Kids. Our Nonprofit is responding to specific needs of the West Maui School Community. Uvalde Foundation For Kids In Texas To Aide West Maui School Communities, now with a focus on the students and school community - kamehameha III elementary. Having lived & worked on the islands; the tragedy of the recent wildfires is truly heartbreaking. Our Foundation is responding but we need your help!

Following A Hawaii State Education Department report releasing that thousands of students from four West Maui public schools have been impacted by the recent wildfires, with one school completely destroyed - The Uvalde Foundation For Kids, Dedicated To Ending School Violence & Formed In Response To The Mass School Shooting At Robb Elementary School - Has Officially Launched A Special EMERGENCY RELIEF GOFUNDME!

- This fund is specific to provide Rebuilding & Emergency Aide (Clothing/non-perishable food items, etc) to students & their Families Of The Following Schools: King Kamehameha III Elementary

The Foundation, who has already reached out to the current school Superintendent & Principals & has confirmed that Lahaina’s King Kamehameha III Elementary School was destroyed in the massive wildfire that decimated the town. Over 600 students are displaced with many families losing everything!

DONATIONS Made through this GOFUNDME are directed specifically as noted. All donations are tax deductable..

Please Note: As with all foundation emergency relief efforts, 100% of funds donated will be distributed. The foundation is able to avoid the "Red Tape," of FEMA & RED CROSS, delays in receiving aide among local, state & federal agencies through local school collabortions & team connections on the ground in West Maui.
