When asked who is Maureen Kathleen Bailey it’s easy to say she “is a loving daughter, sister, mother, and grandmother. That she is a Strong, Stubborn, Independent and Proud woman that was and has continued to be Resilient.
Maureen married Raymond Bailey the early Evening of August 17, 2001. After two years of dating they have survived 22years the Beautiful Struggle of Marriage , in all the Beauty it brings. When it comes to their Love, it is One that is Untouched, they have walked Through the fire together and came out, On fire together. A True Rare Love!
Maureen was diagnosed with Brain Lymphoma, November of 2001. Yes, just months after marriage she was told she would die of this, therefore leaving behind Four children and Four Stepchildren. A threat of losing her kids is all she needed to fight back from a couple of days to live, to back at work in Six months. Busting her butt to once again be that Strong Independent Mother at home.
Being an Cancer Survivor patient throughout life doesn’t come without it’s troubles. She has had a difficult life but it has made her the strong person she is today. Maureen is a fighter especially when it comes to her family.
- Going on 36 hours no water, no food, no meds, oxygen tank to breathe for her and morphine for the pain. An yet she still fights back from the pits of death once again. We are at the Final Stages of a beautiful life of this strong independent woman.
As we hold our breath anticipating her last breath, we do so with exhaustion! This Transition will be a difficult one for us but I would love to make it as Beautiful as She was for her!
We are asking for donations to help support in making her as comfortable as possible, and to help relieve some of the financial stress.Thank you for all of your support and please keep her in your thoughts and prayers.
My Mom is no ordinary Woman, she is My SuperWoman! “I love you Mom!”
-Sincerely Freddie
