Maurice Lawrence's Cycling Accident

Maurice is a wonderful person, beloved by both his coworkers and the hotel guests he serves. His warm personality and positive attitude brighten the days of everyone around him. He commutes to and from work by bicycle, and at the beginning of July, he was on his bike when another cyclist came around the corner looking the other way and collided with him.

Maurice fell and landed on his hip, which had previously been replaced, and the other cyclist landed on him. He has suffered a fracture and is learning to walk without a cane and use stairs again. Maurice has already been out of work for a month, and he will not be able to return for the foreseeable future due to his recovery. All this time off, along with the many doctor's visits and physical therapy appointments, has caused considerable financial setbacks.
