Max Cardona Memorial Fund

Our dear friend Max Cardona was a warrior in his fight against cancer for the past several years. In that time he & his beloved wife Sylvia welcomed their first grandchild, Ciel, whom they simply adore.

Max was an avid runner all of his life. As one life-long friend stated "You were one of the most accomplished distance runners to ever come out of Ventura County. Yet, what I will always remember is the dignity and courage you displayed these last three years while battling your various health challenges."

During his fight he continued to run as best he could, even in competitive events with his Diva Crew, and was thankful for even the shortest of runs.

Max was a truly geniuine and kind person who was very proud and would be the first one to help a friend in need. He would raise your spirits with a good laugh or lift you up in heartfelt prayers when you were struggling.

Now it is our turn to lift up his family as they deal with his passing and all that comes with it. Please help us by making a contribution that will assist with medical bills, his arrangements and other unforeseen expenses.
