Maximiliano Antonio Relief Fund

Our sweet friend Max was the victim to a brutal attack by a drunk person on 07/04/2023.

Right now we are uncertain about the extent of Max's medical expenses will be in tandem with what his capacity will be during his time while healing from surgery.

Our goal in creating this GoFundMe is to lay a strong financial foundation that allows Max to comfortably navigate these ongoing expenses as they come up. The last thing he should have on his mind is how/if he can pay for essential surgeries.

As of 07/06/2023

This is his first medical bill. The surgery alone is upwards of $25,100 but other expenses include the surgery consultation fees and x-rays ($350). The emergency room bill for Max's initial visit has not yet been sent to the family but it is expected to be considerable as they needed to perform a head CT and treat several facial wounds. The Perez family is also paying out of pocket for all prescriptions and anesthesia related to his head injury.

We are looking into reparations programs and sevice industry relief funds or really anywhere to see what options we can source ourselves and through our community.

Our sweet friend Max has deep roots here in NWA. He has been a beloved member of the community since he was a teenager. He has worked at several non profits in the area. If you enjoy the local indie music scene you've probably met him or participated in a space that he has helped curate/ organize. The integrity of his character during these life changing events has maintained optimistic and I know our community can match that.
