MAY TIME STAND STILL AND LET HER HEAL

Hello everyone. If you have made your way here and are reading this...thank you for caring:) I, Johnny Dale Neel Sr. along with Homer and Dalana Middleton, and Daniel Neel and other family members and grandchildren are reaching out today in an attempt to gather any assistance available that will help my beautiful mother Danielle Ann Neel fight a recent diagnosis of STAGE 4 Squamos Cell Carcinoma Lung Cancer that has began spreading and attaching itself to her major arteries and lymph nodes. Her medicare insurance is a constant hurdle and has presented many unwarranted challenges, financial difficulties and unnecessary delays and hardships. We expect these issues will not subside and in turn create more chaos. She is not a candidate for any type of surgery. Once rehabilitated so she can regain mobility, she will require many weeks of daily chemo therapy and / or radiation treatments. Complicating the seriousness of this diagnosis is a long, detailed history of 6 major back surgeries that have left her unable to walk. She also has a history of blood clots and currently has one large clot in her left lung. Another clot now has developed in her left leg, high in her thigh area. She is currently on oxygen and has to use a breathing machine at night to fight the irregular breathing caused by the damaged tissue. Her Lungs are not balancing Co2 levels and it is causing her oxygen level to bounce in and out of a range of acceptability leaving her incoherent at times. Doctors are concerned she may have onset congestive heart failure and has swelling of her legs, face and arms. She is taking a very strong medication to battle the swelling. Against all odds, against Dr's fateful prognosis reports....She is alert, alive and determined to fight for her life. At a young 69 years old She smiles at us and simply asks for 5 more years. Thank you Dr's and Nurses at Woodland Heights Hospital in Lufkin, TX for not giving up on her and for saving her life over the last few weeks. Though she has won many battles in life, her condition is very serious and she will need help from the Lord above and an army of soldiers here with her at home. Her directives and personal wishes have been established with the family. We are reaching out to gather help in the form of donations or any other help we can acquire that will directly assist the family with expenses that are mounting and or could mount in relation to her treatment and well-being during this stage of her life or after. Here are some examples of costs she is facing daily....Her rehab and treatment at the facility she is currently at only covers 20 days a month. We are responsible thereafter at approx 300 dollars a day for the last 10 days of each month. We have no idea at this moment how long rehab will take. Once released she will require Home Heath care which her medicare only covers a portion. The Family must cover her mounting home health costs. All of Her treatment facilities are 1.5 hrs or further from home which require assistance and uncovered transports to and from on weekends. Weekdays could require uncovered hotel stays for alternating family members. For approx 45 days of continuous treatment. Medications, hospital equipment for home use. And so much more. Family members are currently struggling with missing work. We are thankful to Acculock Inc, ZOCHE Inc, and TWD TRANSPORTATION for your kind words, and for your patience. Thank you for the time off over the last month. We are grateful. Everything has rapidly been changing for the better and unfortunatly for the worse at times. Its an unbelievably difficult journey for her. Shes a beautiful soul. She holds many titles. Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Friend and so many more......please.....help us help her continue on her journey of life... I will post regular updates and keep everyone involved informed as this journey continues. God Bless you and yours:)
