Mayfield House residents record their debut album

About a month ago, I shared a video on social media of a gentleman who lives in Mayfield House Care Home in Crewe spontaneously singing the song 'The Isle of Innisfree'. The reaction to this video was so heartwarming, with messages pouring in about how much people enjoyed listening to our gentleman, and it was watched by over 10,000 people.

So, this got us thinking.... Wouldn't it be an amazing thing to share more songs from our residents with the world? Music is such a powerful tool and to record them and have these songs exist forever would be incredibly special, especially for friends and family of the residents too.

Therefore, we are going to record Mayfield House residents Debut Album! Featuring songs from across the 20th century, the album will feature solos, instrumental tracks as well as, of course, massed songs with all of our residents singing together.

But we need your help to make it happen - any donation you can make towards the cost of producing the album would help immensely. We really hope that we reach our target and can record these wonderful people singing some beautiful songs, to be able to share them with you all.
