Let’s Save the Mayfield Playground!

The Mayfield Playground is a much-loved gathering spot for children and families living in and around Mayfield in Northeast Baltimore.  In fact, this playground has been getting so much love in recent years that its equipment is beginning to fall apart, and some parts of the playground are currently unsafe for play.

The  Mayfield Improvement Association is campaigning to raise money to replace the aging equipment at the Mayfield Playground, so it can again be used for play and community events. This playground serves the Mayfield neighborhood as well as the greater Northeast Baltimore community.  We hope to raise $6000 to replace the existing play structure, add a play house, and spruce up other equipment to ensure that the playground is a safe and enjoyable place for all.
