Mayo clinic is my last resort to help my heart

Hi my name is Larissa. I have been dealing with inappropriate sinus tachycardia and vasovagal syncope for years. The medication that I have been put on to help my tachycardia has lowered my blood pressure to the point of passing out. My cardiologist has said he doesn't know what the next steps are and referred me to the mayo clinic. I am in the process of getting an appointment with them, but as a single mom with only a part time job I can't afford to do it on my own. 

My parents are helping me as much as they can but I still need the funds to go to Minnesota. Please if you can help me, even just a little bit, so I can find some answers and hopefully get it under control.

The funds will go towards renting a car (mine won't make the trip as it doesnt have air conditioning or a working passenger side door), gas, food, and hotel accommodations near the clinic. I will be going there with my mom and 9 year old daughter.
