Mayo Clinic Lupus & Gastroparesis

Life has a funny way of throwing curve balls in our lives when we least expect it. Many of my close family and friends know I have an autoimmune disease called Systemic Lupus that in itself can be a life altering and threatening disease with spontaneous bouts of illness that tend to happen during times of stress for me. What I haven't shared with many others is that I also suffer from a non curable disease called Gastroparesis which has put a halt to my daily living. Being a mother of a beautiful 5 year old girl Mackenzie, I'm relying on wonderful family members who have gone out of their way to make sure as a mom I'm not worried about her well being because a day here and there or a few hours might be all I can do.It's been very difficult, I've seen my fair share of Hospitals lately unfortunately as well, with little answers on a solution. During this time I haven't been able to work to cover all my medical expenses or living expenses. I'm also trying to be seen at the Mayo Clinic in MN where they've had good outcomes on a better quality of life for both diseases. I've made it on the list but the cost ranges from 20-30,000. I have never done anything like this and I'm not big on asking for help but it's not just about me anymore I'm doing this as a mom. Any contribution is greatly appreciated, thank you all.
