Help save my house

When my mother passed away I inherited her home which wasn't paid for and neither was mine. I wasn't able to sell either house . I was an art teacher k-12 and loved it The bottom fell out of funding for schools and my school riffed art and music. All schools around here either got rid of art or cut back as much as possible. I found myself without a job. I wasn't able to make house payments, taxes, and insurance . I have had a couple surgeries (knees and back) and I am better. I practically gave moms house away and the back took that money towards what I owe . The bank has been very patient and has offered to take off all the interest and refinance my house if I can come up with $5000 .00. If I can do that I will be able to afford my house payment. I have several beautiful dogs which I have rescued and love so much. If I lose my home I will have to find homes for my dogs and after everything that will brake my heart . I have been trying to sell my jewelry and anything I can to get some money. It's not enough and I desperately need help so I won't be evicted from my home and lose everything.
